Chicago Associates Planners and Architects (CAPA) has been in professional practice since 1963 and has served a diverse body of clients ranging from city agencies to community based organizations; from private houses to community multi-use planning.
Edward Noonan & Associates, Ltd. (ENA) was organized in 1976 to provide real estate development services with an emphasis on projects with unique opportunities to renew existing neighborhoods.
